Aquamarina Suite, its a large room with his 40 square meters, consists of a unique environment between double bedroom and living area with a whirlpool bath

This suite is characterized by even more generous spaces and refined furnishings.

The atmosphere is exclusive and refined at the same time, so much so that you almost forget that you are in a holiday home, also because there is a whirlpool pool in which you can relax.

Guests have access to a TV, kettle and coffee machine to which is added a small kitchen equipped with induction hobs and microwave. In the Suite there is a courtesy line set complete with bath-shampoo, soap. Other services  are available on request to the staff.

CAGLIARI

The city offers kilometers of equipped and unequipped beach, easily accessible from any part of the city by public transport with the bus sistem CTM. With the modest expense of 1.30 euros you can reach the coast comfortably by air-conditioned bus, without worrying about where to leave the car or paying for the parking service. Or even worse, of not finding a place and risking a penalty.

Autobus

There is more than one line that will allow you to reach the Poetto beach from our structure.

  • Autobus
    5 ZeEUs, departing from Via Roma, frequency 12 minutes. First run at 7:19 a.m. Last run at 19.40. The last run from the sea leaves at 20:37.
  • Autobus
    Poetto Express, departing from Piazza Matteotti, frequency 22 minutes. First run at 8 a.m. Last run at 19:44. Last race from the sea...

There are various parking possibilities in the surrounding area.

  • Paid parking near the train station where you can leave your car parked for 24 hours. The cost is 10 €.
  • Parking inside the port where the parking payment time is from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • In the proximity of the property there are parking lots with blue stripes that you need to pay from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or you can find parking lots with white stripes, completely free.
Car, motorcycle and bicycle rental

Among the various services that Suite Cagliari makes available to our customers there is also that of rental.

Thanks to the collaboration with the CIA Rent di Cagliari it is possible to book - in complete autonomy - the preferred vehicle for the preferred date and time. The booking system also allows you to choose the location and the pick-up / delivery point based on the availability indicated.

The rental can be booked either using the form of payment by credit/debit card and cash. Payment by debit card and cash provides for the prior payment a deposit that varies depending on the type of request.

Rules of our structure
  • It is asked to respect the rules of quiet living so as not to disturb the other guests present.
  • It is not allowed to access third persons not indicated at the time of check and if not agreed in advance.
  • It is not allowed to bring and consume external food inside the rooms.
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.
  • The cleaning service is carried out daily starting at 9:30 in case the rooms are free of people. You are kindly asked to store the clothes or personal objects in the appropriate shelves / cabinets / cassettes / suitcases. The change of bed linen and towels takes place every 3 days. If you want an additional linen change, you can request it at a cost of € 5.00 per person.
  • Transfer service to/ from the airport: € 45.00 to be agreed in advance
  • Beach towels and umbrella: € 7.00 per person per stay.
  • Luggage storage prices (the service must be booked and paid in advance):
    • 3 euros for the first 2 hours;
    • 6 euros up to 6 hours;
    • 8 euros for the whole day.
  • By confirming the reservation - also - you accept all the rules of the structure. The Failure to comply with these rules is a reason on the part of the structure not to let the guest stay.
  • All rates are per accommodation, for the entire stay and are inclusive of VAT. All other taxes (including currency exchange fees at the time of payment) are excluded.
  • All bookings are accepted with bank credit cards only. Rechargeable cards or similar cards are therefore excluded.
  • If you do not have a bank credit card, you will be asked for a security deposit of € 499.00 to be blocked on the card, even rechargeable.
  • The lack of any form of guarantee will result in the impossibility of accommodation.
  • If the indicated time is not respected, check-in will be postponed to 21:00. After the check-in booked by the other guests and if available as a time.
